This is a proxy for technically competent EOSIO block
producers. Instead of complaining about vote buying,
vote trading and collusion, we choose to effect change
by focussing on technical competency and showcasing
those block producers who are technically competent.
Our goal is to unite the community in a common
understanding of what constitutes technical competency
to be a EOSIO block producer. Once we have
standardized the criteria for determining the technical
competency of a block producer candidate, we plan to
develop a suite of tools to continuously monitor the
performance of block producers. We plan to display the
technical competency of block producers on our
dashboard. Finally we plan to design and build a smart
contract to vote for all the technically competent block
producers we have identified on a rolling basis every 7
days.
