背景
A few days ago, Justin Sun seized control of the Steem blockchain - with the apparent help of several prominent crypto exchanges. That had an bad impact on DPOS consensus. The same thing is happening in EOS. Most exchange block producers are in top 21. Recently, Binance, one of the biggest exchanges in the crypto space has established its block producer - binancestake. What if those biggest exchange block producers take full control of EOS ecosystem? EOS would not belong to EOS holders anymore. That could be a doomsday scenario. That is why the proxy - NOT4EXCHANGE was created. EOS must belong to EOS HOLDERS, not exchanges! That means no more vote for exchange block producers. Do what is best for EOS community and ecosystem.
